Mcdonald's - Worcester

The service at the restaurant was quite slow. I ordered just two bacon cheeseburgers, and it took 13 minutes to receive my order.

The staff at this establishment on West Boylston Street in Worcester are incredibly unmotivated. I went through the drive-thru to place an order and tried to get some ice cream. The first woman I spoke to told me they didn't have ice cream, only hot coffee. I decided to skip the ice cream and just ordered a coffee. When I got to the window, I was surprised to hear from another employee that they actually did have ice cream. She asked the first woman why she hadn’t informed me. The first woman replied that she didn’t want to refill the machine. I can understand this, especially later in the day, but it was only 7:30 PM, and breakfast was just starting to be served. Experiences like these with fast food workers, who won’t even show their faces to address concerns, contribute to the public's reluctance to support an increase in the minimum wage.

I would give it a rating of zero if possible. The service is terrible. I've been waiting for over an hour for five McFlurrys that I ordered. A job like this at McDonald's shouldn't be that difficult. I will definitely not be coming back.

The personal was incredible. they were happy faces relaxed team and were really on the ball with eating orders. we felt well maintained at this place. the place seems quite clean and well maintained.

You're ridiculous and pathetic establishment problems start at the corporate office. You're ripping people off for under quality and overpriced food. Not to mention the staff that you hire.. time for a viral boycott for these places and shut them down.
