Worcester Beer Garden

I must say, having only one bartender handling orders for all the tables inside was not ideal. It took about 20 minutes for her to come over and take our order, and I felt really sorry for her given how busy it was. Meanwhile, several other staff members were just standing around, not checking in with anyone. The overall atmosphere felt quite disorganized. I also ordered an espresso martini, which was disappointing—it tasted almost entirely like vodka. I’ve had a positive experience here before, but this time it was the complete opposite. On the bright side, the food was good.

The food was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed to ignore us, forcing us to repeatedly go to the bar for assistance. At one point, she made a passive-aggressive remark, suggesting that if we needed anything, we could flag her down or go to the bar ourselves. We ordered three meals, but only two arrived. After about 15 minutes, the waitress checked in on us. When we mentioned the missing meal, she simply walked away, and the manager came over to inform us that the item was out of stock and shouldn't have been allowed to be ordered. The waitress never acknowledged her oversight. While the manager comped the missing meal, by the time it arrived, the other two diners had already finished eating. On the bright side, the food was delicious, the menu was diverse, and there were plenty of interesting drink options. The atmosphere was lively with large TVs, upbeat music, and both indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely return, but hopefully, I'll be seated in an area attended by a different waitress.

We always have a wonderful experience here. There's an excellent variety of food and beer to choose from.

Love the atmosphere, food and drink options. Waiter needed some prompting, but support staff were wonderful at assisting to fill in the gaps. The chili cheese fries were amazing!
