Bagel Train - Yardley

The employees at the restaurant barely put any cream cheese on my bagel.

This is our favorite restaurant. Despite some personal issues, the quality of the food remained consistently high.

Only disappointed. I love your bagels. best. speak their hours on Sunday at 6 o'clock open I came around 6 o'clock, left 15 minutes early so I could be there and then go with my goodies working, I come, app says open, door is locked and sign on door says open at 6:30 o'clock! how could you do that and not change your app?.

I won’t waste my time explaining why I’ll never return to this restaurant, as previous reviews have already covered my thoughts. However, I do want to express my disbelief at how frequently the owners respond to negative comments with rudeness and negativity regarding their customers' experiences. Whatever happened to the idea that the customer is always right? The owner uses COVID as an excuse far too often for poor service, and it’s clear that Nancy, who works behind the counter, is a major reason why this place might go out of business. Bagel shops are everywhere, and buying a bagel should be a pleasant experience. There's no reason for me to spend my hard-earned money where the staff snatch the bagels out of my hands and can’t even be bothered to say thank you.

Call 10 AM reserved six chocolate chip bagels and ask them when they are closing they told me they’re closing 2 PM I got there 1:30 PM walked in asked for my bagels and they did not have them and told me they were closing early and apologized. The mystery is what happened to my bagels??????
