District Thai - York

Best Thai food I've found in York so far! I only wish they were open Mondays, but I need to learn better patience lol! I've gotten delivery, takeout, and eaten in all options are great! The staff is super friendly and they are great at meeting special requests. Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and have other dietary sensitivities and they are always accommodating here :

Placed an order over the phone. Asked for the tom kha soup but no spice, the lady repeated it back to me. I pick it up and the soup was spicy. I go back in and the same girl that took my order then said oh we dont do that. Okay then you should have said that over the phone??? Why repeat back “ no spice ” if you cant do it?? Wouldn 't have ordered it and drove 30 minutes to pick it up if you couldn 't do what i wanted.

Excellent food, great service, and such kind people. Extremely clean business.

One of our favorite take home restaurants! Always delish, plentiful and well priced!

Really great place. Highly recommend the mango sticky rice and the thai coffee.
