Feedback gevenIn general they order here, but today's delivery experience was quite bad! I am a server so I know how it should be in the food industry, they must be respectful to their customers. the supplier called me and said, "open the door." You don't talk to such a customer. second, the 2 soda bottles I had ordered were not there. I also left a tip, and the service was terrible to say the least. I read the comments, I'm not the only one who had bad experiences! I understand when they forget to add so, but what was best for me was communication, and how a supplier talks to a customer. I understand that it might not have been thought so, but I think they need some training.
I love her pizza and never had a bad experience here. all of their pandemic supplements have been very high to the level of comfort of each individual. I love her 3 meat pizzas and her claw knots. I'm glad you can order extra garlic sauce, because I love that!
After a long day of work I come home and decided I wanted some pizza from Domino's I placed a order for the 2 medium pizza and a order of wings. I asked them to put my wings in 3 times cause I like them well well done and this is what I get... pic to follow I calls back and speaks to the Manger and ge tells me if I don't like how there cooked put them in the oven myself and then hangs up on me....
The food was always really good. Pizza was hot, staff normally friendly etc. However, if you pay extra for sauce or toppings, it's hit or miss whether or not you actually get it.
Unsatisfied ? I ordered two boxes of pizza earlier I ate the one box of pizza it was fine the second box of pizza I opened up later bit into the pizza to find out there's no sauce and they didn't even put ranch on top like I asked and I wasn't eating cheese and bread. I made a phone call to them I was respectful I explained the situation. The gentleman that was on the phone was not quite a gentleman he continued to hang up the phone and had no respect. If I was taking care of appropriately I wouldn't even be writing this but I will never order from this place again literally a whole box of pizza is going in the trash. If you work at a restaurant of any sort and you mess up the order you should fix it I'm spending my money on what I ordered specifically. The staff needs to get it together and I hope and pray that whoever manages this place really presses their employees about customer service. Or at least hire new employees that have some respect
