Thankfully, we got the every so cheery Neena at the window. She is a literal TREASURE and this store needs to do everything it can to keep her!! Her attitude really flipped our entire day, and we left there laughing and feeling much better! As I'm on a road trip, if I'm every back in Yuma Foothills, I will be stopping by this Starbucks just to see Neena again!
The staff is amazing, my all time favorite Starbucks to go to. Customer service is on an entire different level.
I had a delightful visit with friends while enjoying iced coffee. We sat beneath an umbrella and chatted about anything that popped into our heads. The view was lovely, and the iced coffee was delicious and refreshing. The service was prompt and on point. Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to my friends.
The lobby doors were closed, but it was just past 9 PM. As a truck driver, I couldn't drive my big rig onto the driveway, so I walked up to the window to announce my presence without wanting to disturb anyone. I received great service and was even given my items for free. I truly felt appreciated as a truck driver, and I want to express my gratitude to the staff there. I would mention their name, but I don't want to get them in trouble. Keep up the fantastic work!
Whenever I order a cappuccino at the drive-thru, I often end up with a latte instead. And if I ask for it to be dry, I just get a cup full of foam that's too bitter for my liking. A true cappuccino should be made with delicious espresso, and the foam should simply be an added treat.
