We each ate a chicken pastilla and had digestion “issues” for the next 24 hours, not very nice for a long day of travel. The pastillas were soggy and wilted, clearly not fresh. As we were there a little before noon, I question if they were leftover from the previous day. If you have time, eat next door where the food is fresh and tasty.
There were no other proper options so I settled for Exki. Staff super uninterested, hardly spoke at all, price is relatively high, I had 12 ravioli looking items in my pasta with some sauce for 13 euro’s and tasted ok-ish..
Tried to access the salad bar but an employee was stacking salads into the fridge, taking up a lot of space and a lot of time. Paid 14€ for an unseasoned small salad (you could buy vinaigrette separately)
Once upon a time they used to know how to make a sandwich. Last time though was a complete disgrace, so empty and dry I even had to add some olive oil myself to be able to chew it. Wasted €6.2, that should normally be refunded with an apology.
Pros: 1. Warm(ed) breakfast, I prefer it anytime over a cold sandwich or similar. 2. Aplenty options even for the vegetarians. 3. Friendly, efficient, and cooperative staff. 4. Cosy Cons: 1. A bit pricey but I believe the location demands it.
