Taco Bell - Zebulon

Went for lunch and the employees didn’t understand me and my family’s order so I pulled to the window and was met with horrible customer service this young lady had a horrible attitude and closed the drive thru window doors in my face while I was trying to ask for sauce then was rude when THEY got MY order wrong. Smh why get mad when it’s your job.??‍

Absolutely horrible. Waited 25 mins for 2 burritos and a sandwich. Asked what sauce I wanted and didn't put any in the bag not to mention the two $5 a piece steak burritos I paid extra for steak only for it to be damn soggy beef paste. Not to mention the rudeness of the employees.

Closes at 11 but won’t serve you anything except crunchy or soft tacos at 10 and solid chance they are gonna mess those up anyway. Need to close it down.

Ugh this spot is absolutely the worst . Why is it they run out of something every other day. No potpies at 8pm, not enough chicken for a famous bowl, mash no potatoes! The inside isn't fit for anyone to eat in. A film covers all the surfaces and you need a pair of slip resistant shoes to eat in as well. Just basically a horrible establishment, and let's not start on the workers!!!
