The Flipping Egg - Abilene

What a great place! I just moved to town and found this wonderful little family-owned breakfast restaurant. The food and service are great, and you can tell they really take pride in what they do.

I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant. The establishment itself has a nice vibe to it. I've never heard of this place but I'm super glad we happened to come across it. The waitress was super helpful and friendly! I couldn't have had better service if I had asked. She was knowledgeable about all the food there and was a great help. The food itself is amazing as well! The pancakes were delicious, the bacon and sausage links. I wish we had one closer. Definitely try this place out. You won't regret it.

After one of the worst mornings ever, we were served by Erin who changed our entire day. Our food was delicious, coffee was hot, service was fun and light hearted as well as fast and effective. We waited for like 15 minutes on a Sunday at brunch time. I am very impressed. Erin, thank you so much for your positivity. We appreciate you so much today!

We had a 10-15min wait for the 4 of us, on a Tuesday mid morning. The service we had was great! Pancakes were yummy, friends loved theirs too! I'd recommend trying it out.

Glad we decided to have breakfast here. Food was delicious and staff friendly.
