We tried to go for lunch at the restaurant. The website says the kitchen closes at 2pm, we arrived at 1:30. Of course, we were not able to eat despite being 30 minutes before the closing time. So we went to the tapas bar adjoining. Listed in the menu as Grand Faims (big hunger) we ordered a Croc Nirvana. This turned out to be a 9.50Chf couple of slices of toast with some slice of ham inside. We also ordered Poulet Brasilienne, which was a 22chf plate of tiny chicken wings. It was tasty, but for the money, even by Swiss standards......hardly seemed worth it.
Only in the restaurant this noon...the atmosphere is exotic, as well as the fusion cuisine. On the other hand, even if the quantities are generous, I did not find a passion in this finally bâtarde kitchen: a little Indian (pakoras and tandoorii), a little Asian (the pork through honey) a little European (the cream burned with orange). The presentation of the dishes is very simple and deserves a little more care, just like the decoration of the yurt. In short, no big reproach but no heart attack.
We spotted this restaurant while travelling in the area. The yurts were the main attraction at first. We have decided to give it a try and booked a family dinner for five for my birthday! I have three picky eaters but the stuff served them so well so the kids ate it all! The fine freshly made food made from produce of their own garden! They even let the kids to pick some fruit from the garden, while we were finishing the dinner! And as a total surprise the restaurant offered a nice present at the end! One of the best birthdays!
Original kitchen, mixed, fine. Warm service and beautiful setting: between the bar of nirvana and the resta, we want to hang out. It's cozy, resurgent.
