I frequently take my three-year-old daughter to this restaurant. We usually visit on weekdays right when they open to avoid crowds and maintain social distance. They have a good selection of games to keep her entertained. The best part for me is the payment system - you can choose to pay for tokens or for a set amount of time. We opt for the time option so we can play for as long as we like, usually around 45 minutes to an hour. The menu is limited but kid-friendly. Overall, it's a fun and affordable outing to add to your child's playtime.
We was there and ordered at 7:50 pm and waited over an hour to get off our son was very hungry and before we got our food my bf talked to someone and they said we had to wait and then another 15 min went by and nothing. I went up there and seen the manager and told him that we was waiting over an hour and didn’t get our pizza. The manager was rude and said that we could either get a refund or wait for our pizza that he had just made personally so my bf told him we waited over an hour and asked could we get some more minutes then and he said no we either get get the food or a refund. He was extremely rude. Horrible costumer service. Will never come back.
A lot of games were broken down. Staff was generally disengaged and hard to communicate with. The pizza was cold when brought out for birthday party.
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It was dirty and unpleasant, with half of the games not working. The employees seemed unintelligent or under the influence, and the manager was rude. When it was closing time, the manager yelled at me to leave, seemingly targeting me because I was the only non-African American person in the restaurant.
