Cosmos - Basildon

Only irresistibly ordered from the cosmos, as the streets closed elsewhere by the weather, so could not order from normal places. Before we have ordered ourselves, we have no doubt as usual. Get food in good time, but missing 3 portions of chips. They called them to inform them... they said no problem on the way. 20mins later no chips, so we called them and said they were not on the order. This is the order we asked them to read us back as we are new. You have our details, address mobile numbers. No interest in helping us get back to the phone when they read the order back to us. Do not normally make any reviews like these, but had unfortunate children waiting for food, and if they have not confirmed the order back, then the chips we ordered were confirmed to come, I would not have disturbed.

If I had no stars. Eat a piece of pizza in someone's gum. Everything melted under my pizza and smashed the whole floor. After ordering from here for a while in vain. Never again. I got money back and pizza back.

We've been using Cosmos for years on a Saturday night, but last month or so they really went downhill. A few weeks ago we had a hair in the pizza, but in addition the pizzas were tasteless and the...bases were not properly cooked. This week the base tasted like raw pastries. Time to raise your socks Cosmos!

My family order from here often and really enjoy the fresh hot dishes, staff drivers are always polite

I popped in this place just before closing time. Oh boy what a mistake. When I got home and unwrapped my chicken doner (is actuality ordered a lamb doner) it looked awful. No salad whatsoever and was charged almost £7 for the monstrosity. Worst kebab...I’ve ever eaten and I’ve had a lot over the years. I only went to this place as my mate said it was better than Abis but he was soooo wrong. First and last time, in the future I’ll stick with Abis.
