The Interval Cafe - Bridgewater

The coffee costs around $5.00 for a small French press. The restaurant only offers coffee and desserts. They provide internet connection for customers to use. I believe they may have closed down at the moment.

I was thrilled to discover a new coffee shop in Bridgewater that is independently owned. I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and plan to return. It should be noted that they do not offer takeout cups, but fortunately I had one in my car. The pastries were tasty and the service was friendly. I recommend checking their operating hours before visiting.

This restaurant is cozy, quiet, and offers a wide variety of hot beverages and sweet treats. The apple coffee cake was absolutely delicious. I definitely plan on returning!

This is a quaint and relaxing spot where you can stop and enjoy a specialty coffee or tea (or a regular one) while catching up with a friend. One of the owners was serving and mentioned there would be deserts to select from the first of the new year (2016). Can't wait to try them out ! The tea I chose was an eggnog chai .... Amazing!!!!!
