I suggest improving the customer service training for your staff. I placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, there was an item missing. When I asked for it to be toasted, the employee responded by saying "well, you said not toasted." I was shocked by her response. I apologize if toasting a bread takes too much time. The customer service was terrible honestly, if you want coffee, you're better off going to the Chinese bakery nearby. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.

I went in to order a shamrock or salted caramel flavor macchiato and latte, they told me they don?t have any flavor drinks only the regulars, how can you advertise all these in front of the windows and ad boards if you don?t even provide these offers. Onlycome if you need regular coffee or in a rush

My drink was prepared incorrectly, so I returned to inform them. Rather than making me a new drink, they simply removed the whipped cream, added the missing flavor, and stirred it with a spoon. They then topped it with fresh whipped cream to cover their mistake and laughed throughout the process. I will not be returning due to the poor service.

The restaurant's hours are not as advertised. I have tried going there at 5:15am and the lights were still out with no customers. The location is not very clean, but the employees are helpful.

Customer service at this store is so bad. Rather go to deli then to this place. The woman how work there is out of mind.
