Cafe Laguna - Cagayan de Oro

I did it. It's 5 bead-sized scallop meat for 195?!?! That was ridiculously small for the price. Don't order that. The mash potatoes were textured and flavored strangely. The severity was kind of sweet and tasteful like cinnamon? It wasn't pleasant. Sin and Bouillabaisse were good, but also the crispy Kangkong. the articles are somehow hit or miss, so just let people know what good order is. I was in many branches and it depends on the industry I would say, and it was okay.

Well maintained. It is overcrowded during peak times, but the service is fast. Great food! Total value!!!

Service is very good. My favorite dish is kinilaw na tanigue, the best tasting kinilaw in mindanao and Cebu. All portions are good, delicious and cheap. Environment is much better than near Restos. Eat here as in CDO for the last 9 years. Never had a bad experience or felt short.

Every time my friends and I meet, we always hang here because they simply serve Filipino dishes.
