Harbour Restaurant - CETICAMP

This restaurant has excellent food, great servers, ours was Mc Kenzie, and fantastic views. Make a reservation for the enclosed patio for the best views of the harbor and the setting sun. The snow crab here will make you forget about ordering lobster. We couldn't finish the meal and staff packed up our desserts and enclosed a couple of forks with out a request being made. Great late night snack.

Luckily got a table around 5.00ish before the evening rush as a walk-in but you’d probably need a table reservation at peak times. Menu was good, service was good and food was excellent. There is a covered in patio overlooking the water which was great on a cold wet day.

This place offers generous plates served with a generous smile. The food is traditional and of good quality. Preparation time was a bit long. Try to get a table in the patio. The view over the bay is nice.

They hit the mark with the important stuff: lobster, crab and steak were all good; service was prompt and friendly; atmosphere is nice. Missed the mark with the sides: veggies were bland and over cooked. Price seemed high given the disappointing accompaniments but it benefits the local economy so I'm not too upset about it. If you are looking for a higher end seafood experience I would recommend.

Visited Cheticamp with a tour. We were given a night off to find our own dinner. Luckily I discovered the Harbor Restaurant with the help of TripAdvisor. Even better, the restaurant offered free shuttle service to and from the restaurant. This was perfect for a cool rainy evening. The owner/driver told us the restaurant was sold out for the night. After a tasty bowl of chowder, I ordered the lobster crab combo and my wife the seafood fettuccini. All seafood was described as locally caught and fresh. They were perfectly coded and delicious. As we were finishing a singer started her show with lots of singalong. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. The view was terrific. I will return some day.
