Feedback gevenI went to bicester today to get a bit too day and noticed that there were a few people, but I thought I was sure it won't take long! 25 minutes I waited for my simple burger and chips I got, they said they were short-time servants. but some people had waited for 40 minutes! they could have told people the least that there was a long waiting period or those who had waited for free time, or even a drink while waiting. they were probably more concentrated on deliveries than the actual customers. the coworker at the front serving had no care in the world and simply took his time and was a little rude when I asked how much longer my order would be, as I would only get 40 minutes to lunch and I waited 25 of them! I'll never go back there because it must be the worst franchise I've ever visited, and I was in Britain to load and never had any problems. absolutely terrible customer service and terrible service in general. I'd give a 0 stars if I could, and I'm gonna tell my friends that they're gonna stay clear.
I ordered a delivery of 3 bonless banquet meals and it came to £33 .each part of the chips was a total sweat. in each section there were aprox 6 chips. I used it before I was destroyed, but thought I'd go again. never back. total
The half of the meal was ordered on app. big pommes were 15 pommes. cuteties were missing from child dishes, chicken fillets were missing and gravy was missing. all drinks had set up for some on the app.
Like most kfcs, this is in order. faster friendly service, eat hot and order was right. can't blame it.
I ordered from KFC and when my delivery came to my house, part of my order was missing. Upon calling the restaurant to see, the “manager” as he called himself, spoke so disrespectfully and rude towards me when I told him that the service was...awful and the order was missing two items. He then told me that Uber eats was to fault, there was no drivers to deliver the rest of my order and demanded me to contact Uber eats. I told him, Uber eats aren’t to be blamed when the order was missing two items and that was the restaurant fault. I asked him if I could have a part refund on the items not in the order received or For my order missing to be delivered later on that night. He got rude once more, than told me to come and collect the items missing the next day (the night after I told him, that is awfully unfair to make my fiancé travel to KFC the night after to collect items missing from my delivery when I ordered my delivery on the night, I should get all the items I paid for. Not only did he refuse to send the rest of my items to my door, he refused to pay some of my money back for the missing items. He also got very rude to me and I am so upset of the rudeness and the disrespect given to the man that called himself the manager.
