Warsteiner Stuben - Essen

I went out with my friends for dinner. We choose this restaurant because it looked nice from outside. And it was good choice, food was delicious, staff was great and we enjoyed that evening

I'd noticed the restaurant earlier in the day and remembered it as a possible place to eat that night with colleagues. The menu had a good selection to cover all tastes.We ended up as a small group in one of the booths. I ordered the snitzel which was excellent - a little too much salt on my chips but nevertheless delicious. My colleagues ordered fish and salads. Everything was very good and rounded off well with a carafe of highly recommended house wine.Service was first class. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. A very quaint traditional German restaurant but well worth a visit if you're in the area.
