KFC - EXTON

It took 47 minutes to get through the drive thru, and that was with 3 people leaving the line. also no single car on the parking lot. get our food, ask my fiancée to check it, all sandwiches are cold. not raumtemp, cold as in a refrigerator! I moved into a place (now the only parking place) and go in. a guy is standing there staring at me from behind and hiding behind the line. I wait, finally someone comes to the counter and feels the sandwiches and is true that the brot and the bun are still cold, then goes back behind the line. tells another man to get the sandwiches again, while the first guy standing there, who grasped his poor, as if I were inconvenient and staring. I stared back until he left behind the line. finally made my sandwiches new, as the manager goes in. he asks what happens, I tell him he asked where the sandwiches were, I told him he said oh sorry that happened and went away.

I ordered two famous bowls tonight and what they gave me is a sweat. the chicken in the bowls is just roasted brot. I was 3 times at this KFC/Taco bell and every time they either screwed the order or they are completely out of something. I drive 15 minutes to the next Taco bell before I return to this franchise.

Someone can share the procedure to report this particular kfc to the food safety department. I had a heavy food poisoning and went into the emergency after eating a burrito that was bought in this load. the manager was so rude that I left, but my pity that I ate and got sick. terrible people. I know there's a lack of work, but there's a limit. the employees are currently working sarcastically laughing about customers when they report something. it's just not important.

Manager should be fired. first. the place is dirty. I wait and no one took my order. I went forward and was told by manager that I was ordering through drivethru what I originally did. back to drivethru and again was ignored. I've been walking into the window and seeing dirty, evil floors, tables and walls. someone has to replace the manager that was opened on the 11th april 2022

This place was disgusting. We ordered online. The instructions said to go into the store and pick our food up from the shelf. We went in and there was a giant hair ball and a used mask on the floor. We were then told we were not allowed in the store and had to get into the drive through line to get our food. They gave an attitude when I mentioned the instructions provided by KFC online and in our email updates told us to come and pick up inside.
