Chick-fil-a - Fern Park

I love Chick-fil-A! But this place keeps me down. Food quality is not the same. Food never seems to taste like the place I usually go. Why does a worker think it's okay to freeze a few crumbs and serve them? Here I passed breakfast sandwich with a hole in the envelope. Not only that, but I?ve ordered chicken biscuit with bacon and egg and was handed over a cookie with egg and bacon. The only reason I come here is because it's on the way to work and on the way home. But I'm so dissatisfied with this place. These are the last straw crumbs?! Am I a dog?

Chic felt a never disappointed and not this place. The service is fast and reliable. The food is correct and they do not forget napkins or straws. It's crazy how long their lines can get, but it never takes long to go through the drive. The parking lot seemed cleaned and I had no problems.

Great service. My order was made right. The only complaint I have is my warm weaponries.... that should be hot on touch. Otherwise my experience was good.

I haven't eaten a while from chicken felt. I got a gift card and the idea to use it and order some food. The grilled chicken was very thin and cold. The workers are big and maybe they were understated. It happens everywhere. I hope it gets better. I loved chic fil a. I'll go back one day and see if it's changed.

The girl in the drive thru was very quick with taking my order and was very pleasant to talk to. She has a wonderful attitude. My food was ready and at the window by the time I got up there. My food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience!!
