Mcdonald's Riccarton Foodcourt

I visited McDonald's for the first time and to my surprise, they were out of meat! It was shocking! This happened on January 3, 2023. Additionally, the staff seemed disinterested in serving customers, as they were gathered in a group chatting instead of attending to patrons.

The service had significant issues, with very long wait times. This might not be a problem if the staff were compensated better. I'm sure the company is enjoying record profits. It's quite disappointing.

Riccarton Mall McDonald's: I don’t think it’s fair to label this as a medium drink. All of our drinks, including my family's, were noticeably underfilled. The medium frozen Coke was likely closer to a small size.

Busy with queue unsure which the queue line. Customer service at 11.35am is amazing..karl was amazing...calm and pleasant towards customer...
