If you want large helpings of decent chinese takeaways then Moon Wah is your only choice, a drive across christchurch is worth it. anyone who says the food isnt good has to get their priorities sorted... or perhaps go to a sit it and pay double for half size food, muggles.

Absolutely beautiful food, friendly staff and good pricing. Ridiculous serving sizes. $30 will easily feed four adults with heaps leftover for the hangover.

The serving sizes are reason enough to go here you will absolutely get your moneys worth. The food is tasty and will serve you for at least two meals. I recommend phoning your order in as being such a popular takeaway shop there is a considerable wait on the food most afternoons.

If you have a big family and small budget then this place is where you need to go ; they ALWAYS pack their containers so FULL that you are NEVER disappointed on portion size. We go there often and we are BIG eaters and in 2 dishes we get enough for dinner for 2 nights and lunch.
