Pie Face - Governors Bay

Paying $6.50 for a pie and $9.40 with mashed potato and peas on top, and I expected much better quality than the ones served. Will not go back again. The pies are mediocre, of average quality and not that good!

This place is the Comfort Food Capital of New Zealand!Pleasant staff! Quake Shake... Amazing! Only in Christchurch.

My friend brought me to pie face because of their quake shakes, which are ice cream, milk, cream and insane toppings like popcorn or mini doughnuts. Everyone in the shop seemed to have one. They were fun, if insanely indulgent. I also enjoyed the pie.

My first and last impressions on this place aren't good. Drove 45 mins to go here as I've been told some great things about it, got told to visit before it shuts in 2 days to find out they weren't serving for some reason so we had to wait 10 mins to get served, lady wasn't very friendly at all. Once we ordered we sat down and the man was very friendly and cleared the table for us straight away which was great, Was absolutely disgusted with how long it took we had to wait 25 mins for 3 takeaway smoothies. What was worse was people who ordered after us were getting served with quake shakes and much more difficult things. So obviously they forgot our order. Never again.
