Saket Indian Edgeware - Governors Bay

The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were served by Sana, who was not only polite but also very patient. The food was excellent and perfectly balanced—definitely the best we experienced during our tour of New Zealand. We loved the atmosphere; it’s a beautiful place that is very clean and tidy. With great service, delicious food, and friendly staff, this restaurant truly deserves a 5-star rating.

I recently visited Saket for the second time and had a great experience. I ordered the Chicken Bhuna along with Garlic Naan, and both were delicious and served in generous portions. The meal arrived promptly, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated the layout of the menu, and I definitely plan to return to Saket in the future.

Just ok. Kadai chicken was just chicken in sauce with no cream as described and no fresh spice flavours. Lamb Saag was better but again lacking in flavour apart from decent amount of heat for a medium. Pulao rice was not fragrant like it should be. Prices all increased like everywhere else. $23 is the new $17. Portion sizes reasonable. Could do with less menu options but more distinct flavours and ingredients. Don’t think it deserves such a high reputation.

If I could give another star to this restaurant, I would. Absolutely delicious curry, I highly recommend everyone to experience the flavours. Good service and clean All in all, splendid!!

Very good food, had a mixture of vegetarian dairy free, meals plus the chefs goat special, thumbs up all round will be back for more.
