Not only did I receive the friendliest service I think I've ever encountered in Surrey, bur I enjoyed a really fresh, light lunch, with a very decent earl grey. The added bonus was starting my Christmas shopping in the gift shop.
My husband and I have been regular visitors here for years and have always loved it! The food is a little pricey but has always been good for us and we're picky, the one occasion that I did have an issue with my meal it was rectified quickly without hassle! I now have an 8month old baby and have breastfed her at the table since her birth and have never had an issue... Nor have I ever seen a sign requesting I do otherwise. The staff are friendly and helpful too! Only down is that the drinks can be a tad slow... So best to order your drinks while you choose your food!
I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant. It had a quirky atmosphere and the food wasn't too heavy. I would have given it five stars, but I was disappointed that they served tea in cups instead of pots. When I asked for more hot water, I was charged extra, which I found to be unacceptable. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal of falafel with hummus and salad. The desserts were reasonably priced at £3.95 and consisted of ice cream-based treats with various flavors. I tried chocolate, pistachio, and apricot yogurt, all of which were delicious. The restaurant is located next to a coffee shop and has a unique top floor setting.
This deli café and shop offers a good variety of sandwiches, sausage rolls, and great cakes. The chocolate brownie is a personal favorite.
