Dunkin' - Hoffman Estates

I rarely Yelp, however, this is such a wonderful location, I simply had to share with anyone listening. I order often via uber eats. Everytime I do, this establishment actually recognizes my name and has been so generous in their service and have even given me bonuses for no reason at all. This is how all businesses should be run. It feels warm and personal and each time I order I am always twice happy, the food is great, and the people are great! Hands down my favorite spot!

I stopped in last night at 8:43pm and was told that they were able to make a caramel cappuccino blast because they were closing. I understand that the employee had already started cleaning up for the night, but I wasn't just walking in 2 minutes before closing

I tried Dunkin' Donuts for the first time and wasn't very impressed. I was expecting a larger variety of donuts but was disappointed. The staff was friendly and nice. In the photo, the best one I tried was the Boston Kreme. They mentioned downloading the app for a free coffee, but the coupon only offered $2 off coffee from 2-5 pm, which was not what I was expecting. Additionally, I couldn't even use the $2 off because I went in the morning.

The employee at the restaurant was not wearing a mask and was seen eating a quesadilla instead. She displayed a bad attitude throughout our visit, and when she made our drinks, she did not wear a mask or gloves. When we grabbed some napkins on our way out, she seemed annoyed. Our drinks were extremely messy - despite being Iced Macchiatos without whip, they spilled out of the sides every time we took a sip. The three napkins we grabbed did not help with the mess at all. This experience was unacceptable, especially as a loyal Dunkin' customer.

This Dunkin Donuts location served me the worst cold brew I've ever tasted. Normally I enjoy Dunkins cold brew for its smooth, bold, and flavorful taste. However, the cold brew I received at this location tasted like old gas station hot coffee poured over ice. Not only that, but the employee filled the entire cup with ice, not realizing I paid $4 for a cup of ice. I would have gone elsewhere to get a cup of ice for free. I will never be coming back to this location again.
