Feedback gevenOn the morning of the ride, Katerina called to inform me that the ride would need to be postponed—not because of the weather, but because she had forgotten and scheduled a conflicting appointment in town. The following morning, I called to confirm the new arrangements since the weather forecast was clear until the evening, and I left a message, which unfortunately went unanswered. We ended up finding other activities to occupy our time, but one of the highlights we had planned for our honeymoon never took place, all thanks to Red Cliff Ranch.
I ordered the house burger and waffle fries. While it wasn't the absolute best burger I've ever had, it was still very good. The waffle fries were a fun twist and quite tasty. Although they didn't have a kids' menu, the staff kindly offered to make a custom grilled cheese sandwich, which was perfect for my little one. One of the standout items on the menu is the genuine sun tea, which is a rare find these days. I also appreciated the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff; they provided me with great tips about the local area. This place is definitely worth a trip back up the canyon!
My friend brought me here for lunch, and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I had the buffalo burger, which was delicious and topped with chili, and the waffle fries were a nice twist. It’s a fun place to eat!
Additionally, I noticed that not a single person—neither the staff nor the cooks—was wearing a mask, and there was a general lack of cleanliness throughout the place. If you decide to visit, I recommend bringing alcohol wipes and waiting until the afternoon, as the service may be better after the brunch crowd has dispersed. During our time there, we saw three groups leave in frustration. It wasn’t just the wait that was annoying; it was the repeated promises of "I'll be right with you," which resulted in waiting for an hour, while others who arrived after us were served first. We had to awkwardly ask for service three times, and during the first two attempts, the staff mistakenly took someone else's order instead of ours. On a positive note, the scone we had was very good. If you do go, I suggest arriving later in the day and being very clear about your order. Don’t let them rush you into looking at the menu—make them attend to you right away.
Kevin and Brayden were fantastic and did an excellent job making sure my wife and I felt safe and had a great time during our horseback ride. I would definitely recommend this experience to all my family and friends.
