Also, please ask for payment while I'm not in the middle of explaining my sandwich to the employee. Hurrying to pay while the other is waiting on me. Terrible service and what looked to be the manager was extremely rude.
It's a perfectly adequate Subway. There is free WiFi here as part of the Chevron and convenience store where it is located. Staff were friendly and courteous, and they dealt with the weekday lunch rush efficiently.
Was traveling through to Mammoth on Saturday and had the pleasure of being served by Scott. He gave us a sample of the awesome smoked turkey and recommended the steak and egg sandwich on flat bread for our late breakfast. One word: Awesome! Excellent service, and a really good sandwich. Oh, and the place is super clean.
Nice people behind counter, and decent food, but good God, the service is slower than molasses!
The meaning of an assembly line sandwich shop is to work as an assembly line. For only 3 people in line to take 30 min to make a sandwich is ridiculous. If you needed to know...one person gets the bread, meat and cheese on sandwich. The other person then finishes the toppings for sandwich. And the last person rings customer up and puts sandwiches in bag as well as napkins. Seems pretty simple to me.
