The bacon bap was a case of would you like some bacon with your fat? For the price ita scandalous.

Food cold was told it be with me between 8.40 and 9am, food actually turned up at 9.20, and very cold, I never order here again what a waste.

Ordered two baps. One was bacon and the other was a vegetarian one. For some forsaken reason, the crew member decided to place two plates on top of each other and place the vegetarian bap on top of the bacon one with bacon hanging out. I offered to whom I was with to complain about her vegetarian bap but she said not to as she doesn't like making a fuss about things but I was very disappointed. This is unacceptable service.

I was here a few weeks ago and there was a long queue. The staff managed to serve everyone so fast and efficiently with lots of care and attention to detail. I didn’t think I’d been waiting long at all but the manager asked me to choose a free cake due to the wait. So lovely, really impressed as I know chain stores don’t always have that much care for the customers.

This was an issue with how they didn't put the lid on the drink properly so I lost half drink and had to clean up the mess. This is bad. please put the lid properly
