The food was quite enjoyable, earning a solid 4 out of 5 for its flavor and presentation. The service was also commendable, with attentive staff who were prompt and friendly, which deserved another 4-star rating. However, the atmosphere felt a bit lacking, receiving a 3 out of 5. While it was decent, it could use some improvement to make it more inviting. Overall, it’s a great place for a budget-friendly dinner!

The food was decent, falling within the middle range of my expectations. However, the service left much to be desired, as it was quite poor and disappointing. On the brighter side, the atmosphere was fairly pleasant, providing a nice environment for a meal. Overall, while the pricing was reasonable, the service issues may deter me from returning.

Chicken tenders came out hard and burnt Fish tenders came out hard and greasy Pot roast came out shredded and dry Steaks came out dry Best thing that was good were pancakes and french fries. Waitress was not knowledgeable of the menu and needed help putting in the order Manager (Theresa) was RUDE and extremely nasty when spoken to about the problems with our order. We asked for her name and she said by law she can't give us her name. Please don't ever go to the IHOP in Jessup MD.
