KFC - LEMOYNE

I came there 30 minutes before it said it was closed at 9:00 a.m. and they told me on the drive at 8:29 that they already closed. it is super disappointing cuz that is my first impression of this place. I will not come back because they did not have to be so rude about it and I doubt that they actually closed around 8:29.

This kfc always provides a positive experience. Eating is always hot and fresh. that is a very lively situation. can be difficult to get safely in and out of the parking lot. only one complaining is when they order via the app, they cannot get their paid order on the drive. they have to park and go in which defeats all purpose of it quickly and conveniently.

Terrible experience. As soon as we walked in the manager says to us it's gonna be a while, we just got a bunch of door dash orders and we can get to when we can Employees all had bad attitudes and seem lost. Have it two stars because the food was not terrible!

Everybody from employees to management were helpful, gracious, courteous, and polite. It was our best interaction in a restaurant post COVID. Absolutely lovely staff.

Absolute horrible customer service. They rushed us during ordering. Got our order wrong because they rushed us. Tried arguing with us when they only gave us our partial order and then some female in the back told the lady at the window to throw our food at us because they couldn’t get an order right. Middle schoolers could run that place a hell of a lot better.
