Kfc - Manistee

At our KFC they was very slow, we waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru for our food!!

This KFC/Taco Bell has the best crew hands down! Constant short staffed yet they git er done!

Came in to get me in my kids dinner and they were very rude because we were there too close to closing so we went somewhere else I will not recommend and maybe you should have your employees treat customers a little

This was truly one of the most horrific and disgusting visits at a KFC. I would never return here, and I don’t recommend anyone eat here.I ordered online and went inside the store when it said my order should be ready. I stood at the mobile order pickup spot for 10 minutes before an employee looked at me and said they were still working on my order. There was a big line of people ordering, too. My food was ready 23 minutes after the online order should have been ready. I was quite surprised that everyone else that ordered while I was waiting, received their food first. Maybe online orders are done last?I was quite disturbed the one of the employees who was collecting and bagging all of the food, took his glasses off his face, cleaned them multiple times, rubbed his face, and wiped his nose — while wearing gloves and DID NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES before touching customer food. He basically wiped his sweat and snot on containers and food.

Had no chicken overall horrible experience would not recommend.
