Dunkin' - Marelly's

The donuts and muffins are always good but the other breakfast items taste like everything was cooked in a microwave.

I go to this dunking almost every morning I will give a 5 star on everything but I can’t when I go and 2 employees are not there my order always come wrong and nasty but when they have working 2 fouls I forget they name they are super nice and respectful and always making sure the order are perfect one have red hair and the other one black short but if they not there I dont go my 5 star to only they Custumer service

Short staffed and slow, messed up my order twice they need help

This location is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to! I took their survey and I got a response from corporate saying that someone from the store would contact me within two business days. That didn’t happen so I wrote back to corporate and said no one contacted me. Please contact me again. Again, five days later, no one contacted me. The service was terrible, the girl behind the counter, never smiled, or spoke, or even greeted me alone, when I said hello. My order was wrong, and the coffee that I ordered tasted like it was from the bottom of the pot. I have never been so insulted that they charged me for this. Also, I asked for a senior discount and on my eight dollar order they gave me a one percent discount, which came out to eight cents! That was an insult into itself. Please do not patronize this Dunkin’ Donuts, as I am telling all of my friends to not go there either. It is the worst!

I did a drive-thru order. When I opened the bag there was a roach in it. Nasty. Having a Dunkin Donuts so close to home is great but, now I don’t trust my family and I eating there anymore. Be warned.
