Olmo - New Haven

My daughter has been telling me about this place for a while, but I couldn't get there until yesterday. I tried one of their bacon-egg cheese sandwiches on a roasted bagel and it was excellent. I think two eggs were on it and lots of speck. she had a sandwich I don't remember because she swallowed it so fast. a little expensive compared to some other places, but for the taste and the size I would say we are worth it. in any case will find time to make it again for another delicate!

Definitiw a five stars. I had one of the most delicious bagel sandwiches I ever had. the fresh all ingredients was a great surprise. they have the opportunity to build their sandwich, or they can have one offered on the menu. I had the lox with love, and I assure them it was great. the personal is very warm. they can sit outside to enjoy their meal!

We love the food, especially Sunday brunch. The French toast is extremely delicate and evenly soft from the sous vide preparation. Our favorite part though, is the people. They really make you feel like a part of the family when you visit. Call ahead or make reservations if you don't want to wait.

Pricey but always worth it! I haven't had a better bagel in Connecticut. The Everything Everything is to die for. And the sandos are out of this world and made ANY way you want. Olmo is as good as it gets!

Saw this place on TikTok a couple days ago.. it was something about places you mus visit in CT. I kept that in mind and decided to drive over there today. It was worth the 40 minute drive all the way from Hartford! I had the bacon egg and cheese with tomatoes and red onions in a sesame bagel, and the BLT with the everything everything bagel. It. Was. Amazing! I’d give this place 10 starts If I could. It is a place you must visit in CT!
