The food was good and the service was fine. The pizzas did taste like they were frozen and the cooked but the kebabs were great. It is a family run business trying to make a success. I would go back but order different food. The price was cheap, not sure what others are complaining about. Also as for service only being french speaking, we are in France! The servers we had did speak French and English so no communication barriers.
Really not so good. Had pizza that seemed to have be heated in microwave and chicken meal was kond of tasteless. Would not recommend.
Yass happens to be one of the best kabab restaurants in Tehran (Iran). How dare to use the Yas brand for such as a horrible (tourist trap) place here in Nice!!!! We ordered two different traditional (Persian) dishes and neither were eatable. Meat tasted still frozen. Rice was not even cooked properly while the waiter had no clue of how to serve....
Possitives: Kind waiters, and tried their best to serve half full resturant. The Shishkebab/kobideh and jojeh kebab tast good Negatives: Overpriced setting the whole experience together. 100euro for some midrange food. Some food were not prepared as it should. Chenjeh was raw and when I mentioned to waiters they picked up each peases and grilled that instead og bringing a new, even after that it did not tastes at all. We received the startert without plates and cutley. Wait 10 min and we had to ask for that. 1 hour waiting time before we got the food. Poor food presentation. lack of good service, however they were busy middle of the week and surley they were not prepared for that. I give 2.5 to 3 star because of the taste of kobideh. Else it would be down to 1 to 2.
