Wendy's - Normal

Drove up to order and a rude teenager goes “DoorDash only” I was like what? she goes “We only do DoorDash!” Why so rude? if you hate it so

I ate here one evening in April, bit into a burger, hit something hard, and had intense tooth pain. It turned out to be a cracked tooth that they now say needs to be removed, and I will need to get an implant. I don't know what it was, but be aware of what you get at this location. If you do hit something hard, find it and save it.

I went to the drive thru speaker and they said they were only taking mobile orders and door dash. I said okay and placed a mobile order. I went back and the person on the speaker was kind of rude and sounded like they didn't want to be there. Then they couldn't find my mobile order which is weird cause i had just placed it. Then they told me to pull up to the window. Then they proceeded to tell me that their Frosty machine wasn't working after I had placed the order. They didn't give me my fries and I didn't even get my money back. I've never had any issues with this Wendy's before but I won't be going back (at least for a while).

We have ordered through their app a couple of times now and delivery comes via doordash. The doordash part is fine..... it's this particular Wendy's that seems to be the issue. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day it is, they never have potatoes but to get a refund it's a whole ordeal with customer service through corporate. They also never get the sandwiches right. I've gotten some refunds after dealing with customer service but this last time, i just gave up. Hoping to have better luck at other Wendy's in town.
