Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food

I ordered the Golden Beet tacos and found them to be an interesting concept and dish. They weren't bad, but I would probably try something different next time. The restaurant was loud and featured performers, but the staff was friendly. (Review updated on 2023-07-22)

I ordered the vegetable fajitas and they were tasty, although maybe not worth $20. Initially, they brought me shredded cheese that was not vegan, so I asked for the vegan cheese instead. The vegan cheese had a texture similar to feta and was quite delicious once they brought me the correct one. Check out the picture to see what the vegan cheese looks like.

The chips, table side guacamole, and margaritas were great, but the veg entrees were limited with the veggie blend in the fajitas/enchiladas being really bland. We also had the same experience as many others and received dairy cheese and sour cream after requesting non-dairy. Would be a better place for drinks and apps than a meal.

I ordered the vegan fajitas, but they came with cheese that the server assured me was vegan. However, my vegetarian mom had the same cheese with her non-vegan order, so I decided to play it safe and avoid it. It was refreshing to have real vegetables instead of impossible substitutes.

The vegetable enchiladas were room temperature and bland.
