Buffalo Wild Wings - Orlando

Came here with a group during the holiday and will not return. we originally arrived late a night (11pm) after a long day. the girl at the theke said there would be a 45-60 min waiting after she replied to the time she then, we close in an hour so that I can actually give her a table. Why that was not said when we went into the door, I will never know. that was supposed to have been a warning sign, but we returned in the next night to taste the food as we had heard good things. I tried to order a certain combo from the menu and was told that it was not available. but another family that came after us ordered the same, it became magically available again. the restaurant was quite empty with only one handful of groups that eat there, and the eating took an hour to get out. the food sat there a long time when it came out ice cold and missing certain items listed on the menu. overall the service was terrible! would not recommend not wasting your time or money!

First our server trisha was amazing! I don't eat often, but I decided to take my children out and it was probably one of the best I had in the awhile. we haven't waited long to take a place. our server was immediately on our table and she made our experience amazing. our food came fast and delicious. we felt like we were trisha's only customers, even though we knew she was busy. we will definitely come back. great service and good food. Thank you.

The service was not a glamour. table was dirty. the server sat at the front counter and did scary that they had to stand up and clean table. also order the sampler plate. the server said they were out of twirling rings. when my wife went to the restroom, she noticed that one of the workers had eaten a big teller twirl rings. would not recommend this place. better restaurants in the environment.

Nice food but bad service. We (2 adults 2 teenagers) went here in late June for dinner while on holiday. After being assigned a table, over the next 30 minutes we tried to order from different service staff, all said they were not our waitress and that she will be with us shortly. After 30 minutes we got up to leave when a waitress showed up (making it clear she was not our waitress but will take our order), while placing our order, we were told that my wife and I could not order alcohol as we had no ID on us (we are in our late 40's). When the food arrived, it was 1 meal at a time over a 20 minute period. Both my daughters finished their meal before mine had even arrived. The restaurant should be avoided

Great chicken wings!!!We came here for dinner as a recommendation of a local.Staying at The Wyndham it's literally just right out the back door and across the car park.... a little walk down to Icon Park, but you can't book.We saw it was BOGOF wing night, so we were very happy!!There's plenty of parking in the Multi storey if you do have a rental and the access is from the back of the high street with the front entrance facing into the complex.We waited by the door to be seated, but wasn't waiting too long before we were shown to a table.There's plenty of high tables or booths once inside, where you can grab a quick bite to eat or a proper meal whether for lunch or dinner.The decor and atmosphere is great.We chose quickly from the great menu.Our server was friendly and took our order and we were only waiting a short while before the food came out,Food was great, delivered hot, plentiful, fresh and really tasty.Definitely recommend here!!
