First Watch Waterford Lakes - Orlando

Our go to breakfast and request our favorite server Tamra.. Seasonal fare always a goid choice and traditional ..sometimes try a different one to confuse our server.. our usual orders and knows what we like.

Food is above average, good but nothing spectacular. We were a party of 6, and waited on quickly. The server was nice and thoughtful. We went on a weekday morning and there was no wait although I can't seem to see why there's a long wait on the weekends.

I've been waiting a while to try this place. And I've heard good things about it. I went twice within 2 weeks and I must say, I did not disappoint.The first time we were there I had.Roast beef Sandwich with grits. I love grits are typically buy high quality grits my girlfriend had biscuits and gravy As a side with kale salad, she had fresh orange juice and I had flavor.The roast beef Sandwich was so good that I almost ordered it on my second visit but I wanted to try a few things I had to talk myself out of it. she really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the kale salad hand lots of flavor. She's an orange juice freak. And she really enjoyed her orange juice. She eats biscuits and gravy everywhere and pointed out to me. That these were light and fluffy from top to bottom. Not light on top and hard at the bottom like most places.)On the second visit, I had an elevated egg Sandwich was good I enjoyed the last bite. The home fries that had a good bite to them and seasoned well. However, I did not remember being asked a choice on the side. I had coffee again, A side of cheesy grits this time which I loved.My girlfriend had a Belgian waffle with berry compote and whipped cream. She chased that with a watermelon wake up which was surprisingly refreshing.As far as breakfast places go I found this place to be price. Wide, right with surprisingly, innovative menu with good choices and consistency. Service was above average for breakfast business. And everyone seemed to be attentive to the guest's needs. You will have a wait as they have good food. And it seems to be made to order, so you're not rushed in or out. However, it is worth the wait,Don't come if you're looking for -fast QUICK- food go to IHOP.

Awesome experience as usual. The Ham and Gruyere Omelet was outstanding, one of my favorites. My husband had the Italian inspired Omelet, it did not disappoint. Always worth the drive over from Titusville.

My friend ordered the French toast and absolutely loved it. I went for the carnitas breakfast tostadas, and they were fantastic—not even a hint of seasoning was necessary. It was a bit crowded when we arrived on a Sunday, but we only waited under 10 minutes. Our server was very friendly. The water had a taste reminiscent of unfiltered Florida water, so I suggest adding some lemon for better flavor. The menu offers a wide variety of choices.
