The food was fresh, and the new chili crisp shrimp was delicious!
I've only visited a couple of times, and my experience was not great. The chow mein noodles were very dry, and the grilled teriyaki chicken was overcooked, which made it taste burnt. Overall, all I could really taste was the burnt chicken!
The only meat option available was orange chicken, and this restaurant seems to be on the verge of closing down. They also didn't have any plastic forks in stock, which is quite frustrating. The management here really needs to be reevaluated, as their decisions are damaging the business. Additionally, the soda machine was broken. While the food was decent, paying $8 for a small bowl is pretty steep—there are definitely better quality and value options elsewhere!
The last time I visited, I received generous portions, including a double serving of teriyaki. However, on my visit today (7/11/22), I ordered the same thing—a plate with two double entrees—and this time I was charged an extra $2.50 because one of the entrees was steak. To make matters worse, there was no teriyaki available at that moment. I was very disappointed and saddened by this experience. Panda Express, how are you planning to resolve this issue?
