I'm sorry... We used the self-psy screens n was very disappointed. It said some articles are not available, no printed receipt, fetch user here, and when we went towards register we saw Brownies we could not order. Thanks the staff was super nice and corrected our order. Definitely appreciate the human interaction!

Pays 3.39 for a well drink and was hit with an unjustly rude attitude, and all I wanted was my cup. Dealing with 3 orders can be stressful, but it takes 2 short seconds while waiting for others to cook. In the meantime, the team leader is in front of the register. Absolutely not back to Panera.

I made an online order and when it was time to get nobody even saw my ticket. That was in the morning. They were so worried that they opened the store they didn't even start the app orders. This was a very unpleasant experience and do not recommend using the app in the morning no one will work on your order. The customer should always come first in my book. I requested a refund.

I have regular appointments in this area and usually they are early a day, so I didn't have breakfast at that time. So after the first part I go to Panera Bread and have a breakfast party with my mother, my sister or my friend. Every time I'm here, with the exception of two cases, I ordered my food through the KIOSK (actually they are iPads) where I am able to change my order, but I ask, something I really like to do because so I get exactly what I want. I am the kind of person who forgets words when ordering with a regular checkout so that this makes the order for me 10x easier. I recommend this option for those who are shy or simply anti-social or have a day when they don't talk like someone. I've noticed that it's personal to order forever because I like to double my order, I'm just a person who likes super-specific things a super-specific way. I recommend this place for their fast service, exact orders and a clean place to immerse.

Although it?s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing.
