Romano's Macaroni Grill Lake Buena Vista

Service was fabulous the food was horrific the Turkey was dry and spicy never had spicy Turkey before and the gravy was gross soup was good and the desert was good

It was a birthday celebration for a teen and not a mention from server. Our server did not seem attentive and there was only 4 families at the time; when a 5th family came in and sat behind us it seemed she was more personable to them and greeting them about life in Spanish….it went down hill when she forgot a side salad as an appetizer and blamed it on the kitchen and not taking any ownership. I think we’ll check out the other Romano’s next time.

We really love the menu at Macaroni Grill. We went for lunch yesterday and there was only one other table with people there so in terms of people noise it was quiet. But the music was very loud and not pleasant to listen to. Music should be background, not overwhelming which it was. The taste of the food was excellent however my entree (Truffle Mac and Cheese) was only lukewarm when it came to the table. As a result, I took most of it home where I can heat it up for a second meal. The Caesar salad was delicious nice and garlicky which I really like. The waitress was friendly.

Spaghetti was flavorless with a watered down sauce. Alfredo was creamy but bland. Shrimp was excellent. Server was mildly attentive.

Build your own pasta! Awesome way to always find the exact item I want on the menu…even if it changes every time I go.
