This Starbucks is always out of Venti size cups. Whoever orders their supplies should be fired.

I've been to this Starbucks many times and their service is very good and consistent. Lots of places to sit, both inside and outside. Drive thru can be long sometimes, but I just go inside and get served very quickly.

Disappointing experience due to long wait times! I had to endure an excruciating 40-minute wait for my order. The line was incredibly long, and it seems they were understaffed to handle the rush. While the coffee quality was up to their usual standards, the excessive waiting time left a sour taste. I hope they improve their service efficiency to avoid such delays in the future.

So apparently this Starbucks closes at 8:00pm when the hours clearly say until 9:00pm. There were two employees in the store who saw me pull up to the drive through but deliberately ignored me. This was at 8:40pm on Friday June 30. I then parked and went up to the door. Turns out they locked the doors beforehand and just started at me while knocking on the door. Terrible Starbucks. Definitely do not recommend! They could have told me if it was closed but clearly they wanted to just get out early.
