Drove 30+ minutes and the place is closed. Don’t waste your time.

I placed an online order and arrived at the restaurant only to find a notice on the door saying it was closed until further notice. I understand that things happen, but what about my money? They irresponsibly left the online ordering system open, and now I’m left without my food and without a refund. I’m looking for a resolution!

I placed an online order for pickup around 5:50 PM on a Sunday. The order went through, indicating it would be ready by 6:25. However, when I arrived, the restaurant was completely closed, despite their website and maps listing hours until 9:00 PM. It appeared as though no one had been there for days. The phone number provided is out of service, and there's no other contact information available on their website. I feel like they essentially took my money. I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant!
