The food is fantastic, but the restaurant needs to improve its drink security. It didn't feel safe as the drinks weren't properly secured. Other restaurants use tape over the lids to prevent them from being opened, which is a good practice. If they address this issue, it would definitely be a five-star experience!

How do you forget to add bacon ON A Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bag still ate it cause im hungry.

The food is good as always, but there have been multiple instances of missing items whenever I make orders here.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My sister was shorted an entire meal for her kids! When she returned to address the issue, the staff denied it and claimed the person who assisted us had already left for the day, so they couldn't verify anything with the correct staff. We ended up having to go to another restaurant to feed my niece! To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly disrespectful.

A negative mess from start to finish, but I will say the burger was very tasty. Team member at counter seemed unhappy I wanted assistance at the register rather than using the kiosk, but I had a coupon received by mail. The next person who actually did myorder at the register entered everything correctly regarding No tomato . While awaiting my good I tried to dispense mybeverage. Ice was not available, and multiple customization flavors not available. When I received my food, I requested my glassfilled with ice. This was met with more frustration by the team member so I said I would do without. They then began to discussmy request and all stared at me. My fries were not very good but that was OK. My burger was fresh, juicy, and truly enjoyed onceI removed the tomato that was added in error. The dining room was not clean, but I did find a table I could use. This locationis very near a Burger King and McDonald 's that both receive very negative online ratings. Seems this one joins to make it a fulltrio. I do not intend to return, and can not recommend to others. Being close to hotels and tourist presence is what keeps thisplace open. They don 't have to worry about guest service to build loyalty for locals.
