Feedback gevenDefinitely one of the best restaurants in Mondello and Palermo. Beautiful Villa on the slopes of Monte Pellegrino and the inner court around the pool. Elegantly fitted tables. Manager and very courteous and helpful staff. Extraordinary dishes, from the warm salad of calamaro cooked at low temperature with dry tomato, almonds, spinach, bottarga and zest of lime, to the cous cous (perhaps incocciatura should be improved) with so much fresh fish and a very sense and tasty broth. Extraordinary fish, oil and bread of their production and presserts and dessert. Wine and distillates of excellent quality
My favourite restaurant in Palermo. beautiful setting, away from any crowd and spectacular food and service. Roberto and his team have illustrated the menu, shared the origin of many of the ingredients that are sourced locally and handpicked and delivered an amazing experience for me and my friends. I am a regular at this restaurant and will continue to go!
I was, for the first time, in this restaurant with friends who knew the place and also the owner. Nothing to complain about the quality, goodness and presentation of the dishes, but unfortunately, that evening, for probable misunderstandings in the kitchen we waited between the appetizer and the first course an hour and ten minutes. The unfortunate thing was not so much the wait, but notice that the waitresses avoided our eyes because they probably did not know what to say and the lack of tact on the part of the owner who, after being able to stop it and ask what had happened, (I repeat after an hour and ten minutes) to our request for explanations rather than apologize for the incident and to spend that hour of excessive waiting, perhaps carrying I do not know, maybe a further appetizer or something else to not make the excessive weight feel waiting, first shushed me interrupting while I exposed my complaints and then apologized by blaming family events that had happened in the meantime. But if this was really the reason for waiting, why some guests who came after us had even finished dinner ?????? It would have been enough to simply tell the truth and not try to avoid us in that hour of waiting. Anyone would have understood, they are things that can happen ......... instead .... ruined dinner. Unfortunately, the professionalism and good education, are acquired even by doing school dedicated to the trade and therefore, despite being connoisseurs of cooking you can not improvise RESTAURANT and make gaffes like that, especially silencing a lady. I do not think I will return again, nor will I recommend it to others.

Gourmet cuisine in palermo very elegant and intimate place with soft lights to look at the tables, kitchen with very beautiful oriented, but above all to a fusion of quality products and art and creativity and genie and passion, cellar full of fine Chardonnay bottles, excellent very sensitive and special dessert like the cold cheese cake accompanied by a glass of malva. a trip of aromen and ruffles of our land, accompanied by a superlative, professional and sweet service from the mêtre anais florens, which make the culinary experience unique and very valuable!
