McDonald's - Port Elgin

Horrible service. Several times restaurant was very dirty . I work at a competition restaurant and they refused to serve me them said it was a joke

You would think by now that a place like this knows how to get the volume through. The food is horrible, as all McDonald's food is, but the wait times here are as bad as they get. Was 15 minutes to get through the drive through for 2 burgers.

It's nice and clean but our servers had a hard time getting our orders right. We both got extra large coffees when we ordered a medium and large.

Today we went through the drive through for a breakfast combo order....of course we had to pull off to the front to wait....fine We arrive home a 1 minute drive, my order a egg Lt with bacon, a hash brown and orange juice....simple, what I received an egg Lt bacon no egg, no hash brown? I phoned the store. 60x the phone rang? I think that the proper amount of rings is 3. I returned to the store for my replacement breakfast...where I questioned the phone service and was told they are not suppose to answer the phone when busy? No apology for the crappy service, wait time, my inconvenience.....what is going on here? This store should be reviewed by corp. this is not the first time, the only thing that keeps numbers up is the tourism, if you are local this might be the last time.

They are undergoing renos so it should be updated inside. But always check your order before you leave the drive through. Almost never get the order right over the past year. Wasn't this bad before. The food is not consistent here either. Good burger sometimes but dry and kind of hard other times. Wish there were more options in town.
