Feedback gevenIt was recommended to visit this place for good seafood, as my family is new in the opposite. overall the menu was pretty good. a beautiful mix of fried seafood and fresh seafood together with gumbo?s. I tried the crab fingers for $20 and it was actually a really good offer. they were well seasoned, served in a buttercup and come with many fingers. Never had a court like this, very unique. perfect for wanting a taste of crab, but don't want to cook the whole thing and do with the chaos. cornbread was authentic and good. hot koko was delicious. not complaining. it was a cozy place and very lively. I'd come back many times.
Sat on Friday night and sitting immediately. the service was fast and polite. for appetizers my man ordered the oysters and I ordered the crabs mac and cheese. both absolutely delicious. my man said the oysters were not top animals, but still really good. for our entrees I ordered the mahi mahi and my man got the fish and chips. the lemon butter sauce for the mahi was extraordinary! the veggies were usually zucchini, which I think should have been specified. the Brussel spits and new carrots were perfectly and very well cooked. my man said the fried fish was very good, but the fried fish were a little clear. all in all we had a good experience and would definitely come back!
Very popular perhaps due to limited decisions in the opposite service was good. the food had little in the wise to want a deja vu. the oysters reflect the changing times in the industry, would probably never have been harvested a little smaller. the clam-khowder had a hauch of clam, but the salinity was probably intentional. the crab cakes were made as well as the tacos. the darkened salmon was saved by being wild. the grilled redfish had the dishtale grill pattern, but no dark markings. presumably these are limited to deep seafood.
Filled mushrooms and fried alligator cups were good, but the black mahi mahi entree was excellent and the cheesecake was also very good. good relaxed open atmosphere and good service
Jules was out server today. She was amazing! You have to try this restaurant in Rockwall. The seafood is absolutely delicious! We ordered garlic bread, stuffed mushrooms, grilled fish with crab topping, and for dessert banana bread. I can't wait until we dine here again. This will be our weekly stop. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. What a wonderful experience! High five to you Jules!!
