Firehouse Subs Red Bug

While I was in line waiting for my sub I heard a white employee called a black employee Queen latifah and she looked very distraught, on another occasion I came back and after I had just purchased my food and I was walking out I heard one of the white employees say it was funny that a white cartoon character saying the word N r on a TV show... Absolutely garbage place to eat.

I visited Firehouse on Thursday around 7:30ish. I hate leaving a less than stellar review because I actually love Firehouse, but this location needs attention. Young employees need training in professionalism and customer service. I ordered 2 bowls of chili that were luke warm, and one bowl had a suspicious looking thing in it, so I ended up throwing it out. I won't stop eating Firehouse, but I definitely won't visit this location again.

I would never come to this fire house subs again I’ll just drive to the furthest one the girls and they’re extremely unprofessional they were just talking the whole time messed up my sandwich the first time the second time they put a very small amount of meat on the sandwich and they’re trying to charge me $14 I would rather go to Publix better quality to pay that ridiculous amount of money and they don’t even put any meat on the sandwich girls were just talking and joking around the whole time I sat in there for 25 minutes when I was the only person waiting for food I hope they move money and go out of business

Had issues on the app but I wasn’t aware until I came to the restaurant to pick up food. They helped get my order done and were very friendly. Great place for a quality sandwich.

Bread was old and hard. Sub was not properly made too much sauce not enough chicken and lettuce. Will be switching back to my old location even though is farther for me now.
