Casey's General Store - Sparta

I was disappointed that my Casey's Points were not asked for during my visits to the restaurant in Murphysboro on this and the following day, resulting in a loss of points. I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction with spending $30 to $40 without receiving my points. As someone on a fixed income, every little bit matters in this day and age, so I hope to avoid this issue in the future.

Casey's in New Athens is my favorite spot, with fantastic service.

I received complimentary hot cocoa with my order. The take-out food, service, and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5.

I was disappointed that my Casey's points weren't asked for at this location and at Murphysboro the next day, resulting in losing them. I contacted corporate to express my frustration about spending $30 to $40 without receiving any points. I hope this doesn't happen again as every bit counts, especially for someone on a tight budget.

My favorite spot is New Athens Casey's. The staff is fantastic.
